Rajasthan Government has launched the Mukhyamantri Rajshree Scheme to provide financial help to girl children for their education and welfare. This scheme aims to empower girls and ensure they have a better future by offering financial assistance up to ₹50,000.
Rajasthan Sarkar ne Mukhyamantri Rajshree Scheme shuru ki hai. Is scheme mein ladkiyon ko padhai aur behtar bhavishya ke liye ₹50,000 tak ki financial madad milegi.

Application Fee
There is no application fee required to apply for the Mukhyamantri Rajshree Scheme.
Eligibility Criteria
- The girl child must be a permanent resident (native) of Rajasthan.
- The girl child must be born on or after 01 June 2016.
- Only two girl children in a family are eligible for the scheme’s full benefits.
- Parents will receive the first two installments even for a third girl child.
- The girl child’s parents must have an Aadhaar card and a Bhamashah card.
- The girl child must be born in a Janani Suraksha Yojana (JSY) registered private or government medical institution.
Scheme Benefits & Installments
The Mukhyamantri Rajshree Scheme provides financial support to parents and guardians for the welfare of the girl child. This assistance helps improve a girl child’s literacy rate, health, and education. It also works towards building a better girl-child ratio and stopping child marriage.
Under this scheme, the government offers financial assistance of up to ₹50,000. This amount is given in six installments from the girl’s birth until she passes Class 12th. These funds are transferred to the parents/guardians’ accounts to help with education and other needs. The government has allotted a fund of ₹2221 crore for this scheme.

- Aadhaar card of the beneficiary girl
- School admission certificate
- Bank account statement
- 12th class mark sheet (If applicable for final installment)
- Mobile number
- Passport size photograph
How to Apply
Eligible individuals can apply for the Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana both online and offline. Please follow the steps given below:
Online Application Procedure:
- Visit the Jankalyan portal: https://jankalyan.rajasthan.gov.in/
- Click on the “Rajshree Yojana” link.
- Now, click on the “Apply Online” button.
- If you do not have a user account, you will need to create one.
- Fill in the required information, such as Bhamashah card number, Aadhaar card number, and the girl child’s birth certificate number.
- Upload all the necessary documents as specified.
- Review the application form carefully and then submit it.
Offline Application Procedure:
- **Contact Authorities:** Visit a Government hospital and talk to the health officer of the district or Taluka. You can also visit the Zilla Parishad, Collector’s Office, Gram Panchayat, or the Education Officer to start the application procedure.
- **Fill Out the Form:** Get the Rajshree Yojana application form from the concerned authority. Fill it out with all the correct details carefully.
- **Submission:** Submit the filled application form along with all required documents to the right authority.
- **Verification:** The authorities will check your application and documents. A Tehsil Officer will verify the documents and send them to the District Welfare Officer for final approval.
- **Get Acknowledgement:** After submitting the form, you will receive an acknowledgment slip. Keep this slip safe for future reference.
