KVS NVS Tier 2 Admit Card Out

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the KVS NVS Tier 2 Admit Card 2026. This admit card is for candidates who qualified in the Tier 1 examination for teaching and non-teaching posts. Candidates can download their hall ticket from cbse.gov.in, kvsangathan.nic.in, or navodaya.gov.in. The Tier 2 exam will be held from 27 to 31 March 2026.

KVS & NVS has announced total 15,762 vacancies. This includes 9,921 for KVS and 5,841 for NVS. Posts include PGT, TGT, PRT, and other Non-Teaching posts.

Only candidates who qualified in the Tier 1 examination are eligible to download the Tier 2 Admit Card.

  1. Visit the official website: www.cbse.gov.in/cbsenew/recruitment.html or kvsangathan.nic.in or navodaya.gov.in.
  2. Look for the link “Recruitment of Various Teaching & Non-Teaching Posts in KVS & NVS.”
  3. Click on the “Admit Card / Call Letter” link.
  4. A login page will open on the screen.
  5. Enter your Registration Number and Password / Date of Birth.
  6. Fill in the Security Code (Captcha) and click on Submit.
  7. Your KVS NVS Tier 2 Admit Card 2026 will be shown.
  8. Check all details, download the admit card, and take a clear printout for the exam day.

  • Exam Mode: OMR-based (Objective) + Pen & Paper (Descriptive)
  • Total Questions: 70 Questions (60 Objective + 10 Descriptive)
  • Total Marks: 100 Marks
  • Objective Section: 60 Questions × 1 Mark each = 60 Marks
  • Descriptive Section: 10 Questions × 4 Marks each = 40 Marks
  • Duration: 2.5 Hours (150 Minutes)
  • Negative Marking (Objective): -0.25 marks per wrong answer
  • Medium: Bilingual (English & Hindi), except for language-specific posts
  • Weightage in Final Merit: Tier 2 carries 85% weightage; Interview/Skill Test carries 15% weightage
  • Printed copy of the KVS NVS Tier 2 Admit Card 2026 (carry 2–3 printouts).
  • Valid Photo Identity Proof (e.g., Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport).
  • Self-Declaration Form (if applicable, download along with admit card).
  • One passport-size photograph (same as uploaded in the application form).
  • Any other documents as mentioned in the admit card instructions.
