Gujarat Subordinate Service Choice Board (GSSSB) has released a recruitment notification for Staff Nurse (Ayurveda), Class-3 posts. A total of 90 vacancies are available under the Directorate of Ayush, Health and Family Welfare Department. Interested candidates can apply online from 30 March 2026 to 13 April 2026.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma in Ayurvedic Nursing (Ayurved Nursing Course Certificates) from Gujarat Ayurvedic Nursing School established by the Government of Gujarat.
• Computer Knowledge: Basic Computer Knowledge as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules.
• Language Knowledge: Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
• Registration: Registration with Gujarat Board of Ayurvedic and Unani System of Medication (required at the time of application).

Selection Process

The selection process for this recruitment includes the following stages:

• Written Examination: Candidates will first appear for an online Computer Based Test (CBT) or OMR based exam at various centers across the state.
• Merit List: A merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the written examination.
• Document Verification: Candidates who qualify the written exam will be called for document verification. Final selection will be made after successful document verification.

Examination Pattern:

• Examination Type: MCQ based written examination.
• Mode of Examination: Computer Based Test (CBRT) or OMR based.
• Examination Structure: Divided into Part-A and Part-B.
• Total Questions: 210 questions (Part-A: 90, Part-B: 120).
• Total Time: 3 hours (180 minutes).
• Negative Marking: 1/4 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.

6. Then click on ‘Online Application’, select ‘GSSSB’ department and apply for the post.

8. Pay the application fee online (Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI) according to your category.
9. Review all the entered information and click on the ‘Submit’ button.
